Who we are

Founded in 2024. Based in the UK.

brytloop is built on a simple idea: small teams of experienced engineers, working directly with the people who need the software, produce better results than large teams with layers of management in between.

We do not have account managers. We do not put juniors on your project. The people in the meeting are the people writing the code. That means fewer misunderstandings, faster decisions, and software that solves the problem it was built for.

The team brings more than 35 years of software development experience, including significant experience in the public sector across government organisations.

We focus on government and policing because that is where getting it wrong has real consequences, and where a team that can ship in weeks rather than quarters is worth the most.

We use AI-driven software development throughout. It lets a senior team deliver at a pace that used to need a much larger one, without lowering the standard of what we hand over.

Capacity without losing accountability.

When a programme needs more people, we supply senior developers, product managers and other roles through our partners, including established recruitment and consultancy firms. They join a team led by our own senior people, so you keep one point of accountability however large the work becomes.

Beyond government

Where else we work.

Alongside government and policing, the team builds AI and data products in other sectors, including an AI learning platform, clinical AI in healthcare and a sales operations platform for a payments provider.
